Customer Service Executive

We’re looking to onboard a dynamic service-oriented individual in our Customer Service Operations team at Pune. We’re a high paced, customer success-oriented business and any candidate aspiring to join us must be detail oriented and enjoy working in an environment such as ours six days a week. Such individual(s) should showcase a blend of communication and negotiation skills combined with number crunching skills (using MS Excel) in his/her current job-assignment. The individual shall be the 1st line of contact to receive, handle and deliver end-to-end the customer indents / orders / fulfilments for assigned accounts as also handle and resolve escalations on transactions and consignments by coordinating with internal stakeholders in Warehousing, Logistics and Finance. Candidates who hold a Graduate Degree in Commerce or Management with at least 2 years and not more than 4 years of work experience can apply for this vacancy.

Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager shall be responsible for a gamut of work areas at the assigned Distribution Center (DC) and shall be required to work closely with the Warehouse Service Provider (WSP) and Logistics partners as also manage the work performance of the assigned team in the location comprising of Warehouse, Inventory and Logistics professionals. The role shall be responsible to manage all activities linked to Supply Chain Operations in the assigned DC which encompasses Inwards, Material Management, Inventory Management including stock reconciliation with the WSP, Effective Pallet Management, Operating - updating - reconciling data using the WMS, handling and resolving all people and material related matters locally with minimal involvement of Central Operations team and ensuring all Compliance standards are maintained including ensuring audit readiness at all times. An MBA in Supply Chain Operations or equivalent with proven track record of working for mid-sized organizations in the Supply Chain, Retail Businesses and/or Hospitality industries in India and adept at managing complete warehouse of 1,00,000+ sq.ft operations in a 3PL environment shall be an ideal candidate for the position.

Front Office and Administration Executive

  • Experience: 2-5 years

The Job Role will primarily be responsible to handle the front office and administration responsibilities end to end in which it shall include but are not limited to; Call management using EPBAX machine, guest relations, front office management, In-office communication, vendor management for all administrative and HR vendors. As a roadmap of growth for the role, the candidate shall be trained on recruitment and employee cycle management in the first 24 months of career with the Organization. The ideal candidate should hold a Graduate Degree in Commerce / Arts / Management, and be fluent in communicating in English, Hindi and Marathi and must have an experience using Microsoft Office (especially outlook) and Google ecosystem (mail and calendar) with at least 2 years and a maximum of 5 years work experience in a similar role.
