Suresh is a 1st generation entrepreneur with 20+ years in the Food Service and Hospitality Industry, Suresh is the Founder of JI Foods. He has owned and managed the earliest franchises of Subway in India. He was among the first to establish and operate the end-to-end Food Supply Chain model for modern day QSR and Food Speciality brands as early as 2005 in India.
Akhil is the Co-founder and Director of JI Foods. He is an MBA graduate from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain and a multi-discipline leader in Business and Operations for 20+ years with proven expertise in Supply Chain and Food Service businesses. Over the past 12 years he has grown the portfolio of JI Foods and led its steady expanse in service portfolio for customers to a point where the brand is now present and services 95% of the Organized HoReCa, Food Service & Retail space in India.
Harsha Raghavan, based in Mumbai is the Managing Partner at Convergent Finance LLP. He was previously the founding MD and CEO of Fairbridge Capital Private Limited (a Fairfax Company) from its inception in 2011 during which he led all investment advisory activities in India. During his time, he sourced and advised on investment activity of over $2.1 billion. Previously, Harsha served as Head of India for Candover Investments, Co-Head of India for Goldman Sachs Principal Investment Area and Vice president of Indocean Chase Capital. Harsha holds a Master of Business Administration degree and Master of Science degree in industrial engineering both from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where he double-majored in Computer Science and Economics.
Sarvjit is a Partner at Convergent Finance LLP. He has 18 years of experience in India and US across private equity, investment banking, corporate M&A, consulting, audit and financial diligence with expertise in forensic due diligence, business process re-engineering and cost optimization. Mr. Sarvjit was previously associated with Fairbridge Capital as Vice President; General Manager, M&A with Vedanta Resources; Vice President, M&A with Credit Suisse, Accenture and KPMG. Sarvjit has done his B.A. (Economics) from Delhi University. He is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA from Johnson Graduate School of Business, Cornell University. He is currently on the boards of Hindustan Foods Limited and Jyoti International Foods Private Limited.
Sandeep is a qualified Chartered Accountant from May 1995 and Fellow member of ICAI from 2001. He has a diverse skill set in Finance, Outsourcing and cross functional strategy. He has led multi geography teams and Multi Industry Pursuits, in key facets of Finance, Capital Management & Business process Outsourcing. He comes in with leadership experience in brands like Akzo Nobel India (Paints), CG electric Systems Hungary (CFO), Infosys (Operations and Solution design), Honeywell India (Credit Control) . He started his career in Audit with AF Fergusons and worked with ABB and Whirlpool in early years as a controller. As part of the Leadership team Sandeep ensures JI Foods financial health and progress is always an edge over competition
Rajnish is an experienced Supply Chain Operations leader in Retail Business for over 18 years. He is an engineer and a management graduate from Goa Institute of Management and a multi-functional Leader in Business and Supply Chain with rich global experience having been associated with renowned brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Avery Dennison and McCain in his career. As part of the Leadership team, he supports the Procurement and Customer Centricity mandate in addition to his contribution on business and market presence of the brand.
Prakash is a management graduate in Supply Chain Operations and manages the Distribution Operations at JI Foods. He is the key person responsible for all Inventory movement across the country 24 x 7 x 365. He leads a clock-work operations at a high clock-speed for the organization which ensures we can operate a distribution network covering 2000+ pincodes across a geographic expanse covering almost 15,000 km of movement nationwide.
Ashish is an incisive professional with 16+ years of experience in Customer Service & Operations with Education, Retail, Automotive, IT Consulting and Supply Chain sectors. A results-oriented business professional with proven abilities in managing projects, improving efficiency of operations, team building by always keeping the Customer at the center. He has worked with renowned brands such as Accenture, TCS, Apple in his career prior to joining JI Foods. Ashish is a Customer Excellence advocate at Ji Foods and manages Multi-channel Speciality Food clients of the organization.
Pranav manages the Customer Excellence KPIs for all Boutique and Speciality brands which JI Foods works with as the National Supply Chain partner. Pranav is an experienced supply chain and hospitality professional whose journey from a Cabin Crew member at Jet Airways to a Sandwich Artist at an erstwhile JI Foods Subway franchise to a senior Supply Chain professional today is an intriguing career journey and example of a people centric organization which JI Foods embodies each day.
Gaurav is a management graduate from D.Y. Patil Institute of Management with a multi-functional career spanning 15+ years with renowned brands including Phillips Electronics India, Wipro and Syska LED prior to joining JI Foods. He has a proven track record working across functions such as operations, channel management and procurement. At JI Foods, he is responsible for multi-category planning and procurement across large ticket Speciality Food clients of the organization.
Farhan is responsible for all Supply Chain Excellence projects at JI Foods. His singular focus is to create efficiencies in the Supply Chain Operation processes and add back to the bottom line through various improvement projects and technology adoptions for each work stream. He is a management graduate who started his career with a Subway franchise and has grown steadily with JI Foods to excel at Distribution Centre Operations over the past 12 years.
Sandeep is a Chemical Engineer from the University of Rajasthan and a management graduate in Supply Chain from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). He has managed Total Quality and Compliance mandates in Supply Chain and Retail Product manufacturing ecosystems for over 15 years. He has in-depth experience implementing HACCAP and ensuring FSSAI Compliance over the years. He is a certified Lead Auditor for FSSC 22000 and in his role, Sandeep is responsible for Food Safety and Compliance thus ensuring Customers of JI Foods have a seamless product facilitation experience that is 100% compliant with established Food Safety Standards and Regulations in India.
